Please be at your assigned position by approximately 7:00 am. The first race is scheduled to begin at 7:30 am, the second at 8:00 am, and the whole event will last about 2 hours. Be sure your vehicle is OFF the course and your radio ready for repeater operation on the event frequency. Always be ready to QSY if needed. (Know your radio!) Please use high power on handheld radios.
· Check in with Net Control 1) when you arrive and 2) before you leave your position.
· Report first and last runner #’s passing your position, and any possible injuries.
· NOTE: At the mile positions, help worker synchronize their stopwatch with starting gun. Please keep the event frequency clear at race start: only N5MVL transmits then!
