Steps to Create a Feathered image using CorelPaint
1. Create image with clipboard image.
2. Create object from Background (the image).
3. Create mask from object.
4. Mask, Mask Outline, Feather (inside, ~5% of image width)
5. Save as PNG, using masked area for transparency.
